How might we help start-ups  streamline product development and help with easy generation of PRD's?

A Dashboard to organize them all

Start-up teams maybe remote, Dashboard plays a central role in documenting and aligning teams with latest feature build and PRD as their anchor.

No more tedious PRD writing

PRD generator helps create user stories for PM's and Founders.
It is the first step to create a streamlined app development process.

Control the AI

Our research showed, that though AI can assist users, they still have a greater need for tweaking PRD docs. Hence, the user has full editing controls. AI acts as a sounding board for the team and generates  structured PRD's with user input

The PRD generation feature was successfully handed off to engineering and is now live. Our AI Copilot gained major traction, ranking #3 on Product Hunt!

Things that went right

This was a very fast paced project with rapid development

1. Product road map was golden. With a fast paced project, Product roadmap document served as the anchor- to track changes, divide work and meet goals timely.

2. Collaboration begets clarity. To avoid any techinal thrash, involving engineers early on saved time and effort and the collaboration gave me clarity.

For future

Given more time.. we would have love to test this prototype with user interviews to qualitative analyze the workflows of PM's organizing managment with development.
